MTC Court booking rules

• The reason for court booking rules is to ensure everyone has a fair chance to play at a time that suits them & to maximise court usage.
• Each booking period is 30 minutes & a max of four consecutive periods can be booked i.e. a session of up to2 hours.
• Members can only book up to two sessions (each session up to a max of 2 hours)
• Members can only book courts up to two weeks in advance.
• If members are not on the courts within 10 mins of the booking start time, the court can be used by other members if they are waiting to play.
• At least two courts will be reserved for open 'club sessions' from 18:00 until 22:00 each Monday & Thursday. All members welcome.
• Last member off the court should ensure both court gates are locked. Courts should not be left unattended & unlocked which could lead to vandalism. No animals are allowed on the courts.
• If members invite a guest to play, the member is responsible for paying the guest fee of £2 per adult & £1 per junior for one hour at the Paper Shop.
• Floodlight tokens can be purchased from Central Stores or The Catherine Wheel - £1 for 30 mins.
• Players should wear their shoe tags to show they are members.
• Please note team captains have authority to book multiple courts for league matches
