Notes from the coach

This programme will build on the Rusty Rackets groups now keen to develop their skills as doubles players and social players keen to sharpen their doubles game. Although there will be some revisiting of basic techniques that underpin key strokes (e.g. forehand, serve, volleys) the emphasis will shift to doubles tactics (e.g. net play, return of serve) and court positioning. Sessions will be relaxed and supportive and include some doubles play.
