This adult beginner tennis coaching short course is suitable for all adults who are new to tennis. The 3 sessions will introduce you to the basic strokes such as forehand, backhand and will hopefully start you on a pathway towards playing some more tennis and beyond. It will be supportive and reassuring in approach. All you need to do is bring yourself with a positive approach and ideally a racket although we do have some spare ones if you haven’t your own!
