We would love to welcome you to use the new Matchpro Tennis Customer Portal! All schools bookings will now take place through this new system. 

The Customer Portal is a web-based platform that can be accessed via an app on your Smartphone or Computer. By creating your own UNIQUE login, you will then be able to: 

Sign Up for all school programme lessons

View the contact details we have on file for you and edit them 

View invoices, receipts and term dates

View our weekly assessment on your child (Starting in September)

View and be prompted to resign our agreements

Why Should I Sign Up to the Customer Portal? 

As busy parents, time is important and being able to access information quickly makes life so much easier for you! 

How do I Sign Up to the Customer Portal?

You will  be prompted to enter your email address and you will be asked to create a password. Please ensure this is over 8 characters long. You will then be emailed a code to confirm your account. 

When you first login you will be prompted to read and accept our agreements. 

You can follow the instructions within the Portal to download the app straight to your mobile phone! If you would like to do this our company code, it's : 3YHEKYFS

Please go to the students tab to add your players to book and then to add enrolment to book your sessions.
