After the original date of the Autumn tournament was a washout the rescheduled date on Saturday 20th October saw wall to wall sunshine for this last tournament of the year.  18 players took to the courts to battle for the 2 new trophies.  After a great afternoon of tennis helped by biscuits and bucks fizz, the groups were whittled down to two finalist pairs - Richard & Sue against Sheila & Christine.  This proved to be a very close match going to the wire with  sudden death deuces & a one game decider which saw Richard & Sue taking the trophies & wine prizes.  Sheila & Christine were awarded the runners up chocolates.
