What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Description

In the event of bad weather skill building and team work games will be provided indoors. Children are encouraged to however pack waterproofs as I will endeavour to keep them on court as much as possible. HAT & GLOVES ARE A MUST. Please dress for the cold weather.
