What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Notes from the coach

For children who attend St Columba's Jnr school, the school have kindly agreed to continue to take children from the school to the club for the 3.45pm start (with the exception of Tuesday 20th February). Please send children to all sessions with waterproofs as I will always in endeavour to keep the kids on court as much as possible. Whereby weather makes play unsafe activities will be provided indoors.
