Dear Member,

The AGM and Club’s Finals Day will be held on Sunday 12th September at 1pm.

The club will be putting on a BBQ, cream teas and Pimms, and the bar will be open as usual throughout the afternoon.

There are four current committee roles that are up for re-election:

• Chair
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Welfare Officer

In addition, the Competitions Officer will be added to the committee and will be available for re-election.

The following roles will be vacated, and members are encouraged to apply if they are interested in joining the committee:

• Chairperson
• Treasurer
• Secretary

If you fancy being part of the committee, please put this in writing to me prior to the AGM.

If any members have any matters that they would like to discuss at the AGM, please email these to me by Sunday 5th September, so these can be added to the agenda. Attendees may raise matters at the meeting in person under Any Other Business.

• Fastcourt’s Booking System
• Club Competitions
• LTA Membership and Wimbledon Ballot

We hope to see as many members as possible attend, as this will probably be the last social of the year. Please bring along your families and support the club and those that will be participating in the finals themselves. The bar will also be closing after this event and won't reopen until the cricket season restarts next year.
