Please keep your diaries free for the Club's annual AGM/Finals Day which this year will be held on Sunday 11th September starting at 1pm.

There will be a BBQ, cream teas and Pimms. The bar will also be open as usual throughout the afternoon.

There are four officer roles that are up for re-election:

• Chair
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Welfare Officer

The current officers are happy to continue in their roles but members are encouraged to apply if they are interested in joining the committee. Interested parties should contact Zoe prior to the AGM.

If members have any matters they would like to discuss at the AGM, please email Zoe or Tamsin by 4th September so these can be added to the agenda. Attendees may also raise matters at the meeting in person under AOB.
