These sessions are perfect for complete beginners or for adults who are rusty and haven't picked up a racket for a while! very fun and relaxed environment. You will learn all of the shots and tactics to be able to enjoy a game of tennis. Good cardio workout and a chance to make new friends. Rackets and balls all provided!
