Liveball tennis is a high-energy, fast-paced tennis session or game format focused on continuous play and point-based drills helps sharpen up your doubles game. It emphasizes movement, quick reflexes, and competitive fun, typically played in a doubles setting.
Format: Doubles-based, rotating teams
Objective: Keep the ball in play and win points quickly
Structure:
One team ("champions") stays on one side of the court
Challengers rotate in after each point
Winning a set number of points (e.g. 3 or 4) allows challengers to replace the champions
If challengers lose the point, they go to the back of the line
Ball Feeding: A coach or organizer feeds balls continuously to keep play fast
