We have introduced online booking, please book as a pair.  You will need to know your partner's date of birth and emergency contact number.   We are constrained by the ClubSpark technology so please follow theses Steps below to guide you. 

If you would prefer to enter by post, please go back to the Events main page and download and complete the entry form and send to the specified address.

NB It is a good idea to open another window to make your booking so you can refer to this page as needed.  If you click back from the booking your info will be lost and you will have to start again.

1. On the Open Mixed section, click on 'Book' to buy your entry.
2. Your entry includes lunch and afternoon tea.  If you would like to buy additional for a guest, then please click 'Book' on the respective section.  
3. Click on the Basket at the top of the section
4. Click on Book Now
5. Login with LTA or login/register to ClubSpark 
6. Enter your team name, we suggest you use your surname(s), but you can decide!
7. Tick the boxes for 'who will play at this event'.  If not already present add your partner’s details using Add New Player.  Don't forget to click on your own name.
8. Click NEXT
9. If you have added additional lunches and/or teas, then please follow the same approach for your guests.  Please use the same Team name.  Please specify who the items are for by pressing on Add New Player or you could just add them to your or your partners name.  Click Next after each section.
10. Click on Confirm
11. Double check the total amount is correct.  Please note at the time of writing the individual line items ony show the cost per item and not for the number selected.
12. Tick on box to confirm agreement of Terms & Conditions.  Please note these are standard LTA/Clubspark.
13. Click on Confirm and pay now
14. Make your payment by card (Not Amex).
