We run courses for children aged 4 – 18, packed full of fun games and dynamic training. All equipment is provided (if you don't have your own) and all abilities are welcome. We look forward to seeing you! At the red and orange stage, children practice the serve (with an over arm throw), rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to learn adaptive skills, co ordination, balance and speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
