COURT BOOKING RULES
Where no prior bookings exist, the courts are available for private bookings.
Each person can book a maximum of one court at any one time (for a maximum duration of two hours per session).
The names of all participants should be shown on court bookings.
In the unlikely event of failure to pre-book courts for an official event (league matches, group coaching, group social sessions etc), we regret that private bookings may have to be cancelled at short notice.
- Members can book courts up to fourteen days in advance
- There is no charge for members to book a court
- Members may invite guests upon payment of £5 per guest per booking.
- Payment for guests should be made by Stripe.
- Once payment has been made you will receive an email with the codes for the court and pavilion.
Non member bookings
- Non members can book courts up to seven days in advance
- There is a charge of £6.25 per court per half hour (up to four people on court) or £8.75 per half hour including floodlights
- Payment will automatically be made via Stripe
- Once payment has been made you will receive an email with the codes for the court and pavilion
