As everyone is attempting to adjust to the latest instructions from Government,  no-one will disagree that these are exceptional times & beyond the scope that most sporting organisation constitutions could ever have anticipated. 

MTC's constitution stipulates that we must hold the AGM between 1st and 31st March each year. We had scheduled this year's for 18th March &  postponed that until tomorrow & for it to be conducted using group video call. Whilst we still fully intend to hold our AGM in the near future, & it will still most likely be using a group video call, the Board considers tomorrow to be too soon whilst people are still adjusting their lives to the conditions now imposed upon us all. We are therefore postponing the AGM for a second time & intend to rearrange it for a date within the next 2-3 weeks. We will be in touch to confirm the date in due course.

In the meantime, please note that new membership packages for the season commencing 1st April 2020 - 31st March 2021 will not be available by the end of this month & with the Club & courts being closed until further notice, once we know a re-opening date, annual membership packages will then be available & will be at a pro-rata cost of the full year.
