What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Notes from the coach

This session is for players aged 4-8 year old. We aim to help children into the sport and make it easier for them to develop their skills and progress with their Tennis. The session will include activities, skills and games which will cover the basic agility, balance and co-ordination with the main priority to have fun!
