What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Description
This session is a Red stage tennis which is played on smaller courts, with 21″ rackets and 75% slower balls. You’ll see overarm serves, rallies and volleys. Coaches will help kids to further develop their coordination, balance and speed. We introduce relaxed competition here too.
