This is aimed at adults who have played tennis in the past, maybe at school, and are now looking to dust off their rackets and get back on the courts. Also suitable for Beginners/Improvers who are looking to play more club tennis. Sessions include a bit of exercise; a bit of teaching; a bit of game play; and a bit of fun!
