An AD-HOC hour. Hit & Cardio in one. Hit to the beat! With cardio style music playing you will hit with a little cardio work out.
You will need to be able to rally the ball with confidence. In these sessions you will HIT consistently. Whilst drilling with others you will HIT all shots & with point play included.
