There is a full range of tennis activities and lessons for all ages and abilities on offer. Tennis lessons start for young people from Tennis Tots (Ages 2.5 - 5 years old) through to the Junior Tennis coaching sessions (ages 5 - 16) at then the full Adult Tennis coaching programme from age 16+.

Newport Tennis Centre is based in the same building as the swimming pool and has four indoor and three outdoor tennis surfaces suitable for all ages and abilities.
