About this course

Notes from the coach

At this stage, coaches and parents will help children learn and develop basic agility, balance and coordination, that aids their footwork, bodywork and racket work when playing tennis. They will practice to serve (with an overarm throw), start to rally on the floor and over the net. Through basic instruction and support of their parents, children continue to prepare for red ball tennis. This course is at Lammas Land, Cambridge CB3 9JJ until Jesus Green Tennis Courts are refurbished.
