Notes from the coach

These sessions will run on the indoor courts at Aberdeen Tennis Centre and will consist of lots of repeat and volume using hand, basket and live ball drills. No need to think, just turn up, hit balls and sweat! Format: Tues & Wed = drills and some points, Thurs = focus on serve & return. Thursday mornings are also available to 10U players (green ball) - session will consist of hitting and match-play drills. Discount option available via enrolment for the whole block – this option is best if you are targeting all 3 sessions across the week.
