What can you expect?

Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.



Notes from the coach

We are now running a second Cardio Tennis session on a Thursday evening 7-8pm. Cardio Tennis every Thursday evening 7-8pm. Come and 'bounce to the beat'. Basket Drills, hitting drills. Come and work up a sweat and hit some balls at North Oxford Tennis Club. A great way to exercise on a Thursday evening. One of the great features of cardio tennis is that your tennis ability doesn't matter. It's about chasing down the balls and trying to hit them over the net.
