As a club we have been working very hard behind the scenes to help with growing the club. We have worked very hard to secure a lease for the clubhouse and toilet block. This is now in place. This means that parents, carers and players have somewhere to go if the weather turns when doing our coaching sessions. 

The end of April saw the start of the league tennis season with the club having a A and B team. We wish them every sucess in the coming months. If you want to support the team they play home games every Thursday night, have a look at the upcoming fixture page for matches and times. 

The beginning of May saw our busiest times of the year with the Northowram Scarecrow Festival. We might have had a slight wash out on Sunday but Saturday and Monday were very busy down at the courts. We had lots of people come down and try tennis for free. We had the clubhouse open so people could play board games. The newly decorated toilets were also open for people to us with lots of people passing comment on how much better they looked. All weekend the club had a tombola, teddy tombolas and a tuck shop running which is helping the club raise funds to do more work to the clubhouse.
