About this course

Notes from the coach

This class is suitable for any adult wishing to improve their technical skills in the 5 Game Situations which are: Both Back, Serving, Returning, At Net and Opponent at the net. Each block of sessions will focus on one of the situations and work on the technical skills of each player to improve their control of the 5 Ball Characteristics (Speed, Spin, Depth, Direction and Height). We will link your new technical skills to the tactics of the game by helping you to develop the skills of attacking, defending and trading in each game situation. There will be some Double tactics within each session to help those players wishing to compete within the club in team play and during social sessions.
