About the day
Manor Park Open Day - book in on any sport you'd like to have ago at!! There will be Tennis, Squash & Racketball, Indoor & Outdoor Bowls, Archery and Pickleball for all ages, with taster sessions run by our team of excellent coaches. You need to book for tennis/squash & pickleball, but you don't need to book for bowls or Archery, just turn up between 11-2pm for those sports.

Junior Squash Coaching (5-11 Year Olds)
Reserve your place!
Join us on the Squash Courts for Mini Squash for children aged between 5 & 11 years old. The session will include lots of games and activities to encourage movement and tactical awareness as well as the basics of Squash. We have all the equipment you need, you just need to bring a spare pair of clean indoor shoes.

Adult Squash Coaching for beginners

Join us on the Squash court for a taster coaching session on the fundamentals of Squash. This session is designed for those who have never played before or are fairly new to the game. We have all the equipment you need, you just need to bring a spare pair of clean indoor shoes.

Adult Racketball Coaching

Adult Tennis Coaching

Try our adult tennis coaching taster session from 1.00 - 2.00 p.m. Ideal for people new to the sport or who haven’t picked up a racket in a long time. You can borrow our rackets if you don’t have your own, just come prepared to hit a few balls and have some fun.

Pickleball
Reserve your place!
Come and try Pickleball in the Manor Park Indoor Tennis Centre. All equipment supplied and guidance will be given on how to play. Just ensure you have suitable sports shoes. The game is played in an area similar to a badminton court. Easy and fun to play.

Family Time Squash
Reserve your place!
Get on court with your family and have some fun. We’ll provide junior rackets for children and have rackets for adults too. Coaches will be on hand to give you some pointers if you want them.

Family Time Tennis
Reserve your place!
Get on court with your family and have some fun. We’ll provide modified balls and rackets for the younger ones and there will be help and advice available if required. The sessions will be on the 2 clay courts below the indoor tennis centre.

Mini Tennis for 4 - 9 year olds
Reserve your place!
A fun session for young players with our team of expert coaches. The session will run from 11.00 - 11.45 and will include co-ordination and movement skills as well as simple tennis skills. All equipment will be provided. Follow on opportunities will be available. Come to the Astro Courts nearest to the clubhouse.

No matter what your ability you’ll have fun on the tennis court with other junior players your age. Coaches will be on hand to offer tips to help your game and advice on how you can continue to play. This session is for juniors from 10 years upwards
