IMPORTANT INFORMATION – FUN FRIDAY CHANGES
Dear PLTC Member,
Firstly, a big thank you for continuing to support our Club in these difficult times, it is much appreciated. Fun Friday continues to be a great success week after week, and for many of us it is the highlight of the week and the perfect opportunity to unwind, have a drink and smile as we see our children have great fun on court.
PLTC Committee are continuing to work hard to maintain our Club as a COVID-19 Secure Venue, but we need your help in observing and following the current restrictions that are in place, which will allow us to remain open for all of our adults and children to continue enjoying tennis.
Can we remind you that the Rule of 6 is still in place, meaning you must only gather in groups of up to 6 (including children) and you are reminded to stay in these groups and avoid mingling.
Following the recent Government announcement, from this Friday we will be operating a Table Service only, meaning you will no longer be permitted to visit the bar for drinks, or the kitchen for food. You must remain in your seats (unless you are using the toilet facilities or supervising your children) and wait for the table service.
On Friday we will have a number of volunteers who will be walking around, taking your drink orders, delivering your drinks and taking payment for them (please remember it is card payment only). As this is new to us all, there may be some teething problems and short delays, so your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Unfortunately, this week, as we trial our new process, the kitchen will not be open for Hotdogs… but as long as everything goes as smoothly as we hope, we will look to bring these back as soon as possible.
We will continue to record your details on arrival for Track and Trace purposes and retain these for the required 21 days before destroying them.
