The 2024 Ladies Baldwin Competition ran over two days. Organiser Chris Williams split the players into two groups of four. The winner from each group played in the finals.

Group winners, Cathy Winterbottom and Helen Doherty, played first-to-four games to reach the final match and first-to-six games to decide the overall winner.

At 4-5 down in the finals, Cathy saved two match points to reach 5-All. The next game would be the decider. It was a nail-biting game, with Helen prevailing on her third match point to wrap it up.

Well done, Helen!  A great win against a formidable player!
