What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
Red and Blue session taking place outside starting on April 19th running up until the summer holidays. There won't be a session during the half term week (31st May) and the last session will take place on the 12th July but if any are lost due to awful weather, a catch up session will take place on the 19th July.
