What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Description

* Please only sign up if have attended previously or had confirmation from one of the Coaching Team. Invite only Red performance session for our competing / working towards competing level players. This six week block starts on the 12th September and a catch up session will only run if needed on the 24th October due to a session being cancelled for awful weather ( we will play through light rain)
