Suitable for 9-16yr olds of any ability. Kidz Cardio is a fun and sociable tennis-based group fitness class just for kids! We will run you through a warm-up, cardio work-out, games & a cool-down in a fun & active session to music. It’s a great session to get fit, hit 100s of balls, practice strokes & have a laugh with your friends on the tennis court.
