Suitable for 9-16yr olds of any ability. Kidz Cardio is a fun and sociable tennis-based group fitness class just for kids! We will run you through a warm-up, cardio work-out, games and a cool-down in a fun and active session to music. Kidz Cardio is not just a way to get fit, it’s the chance to hit 100s of balls, practice strokes and have a laugh with your friends on the tennis court.
