Subscriptions for the year from 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2020 are due by the 1 May.
If you are not planning to renew your membership we would appreciate it if you could email membership@pensfordtennisclub.org.uk to let us know and to stop receiving automatic renewal reminders.
We are moving our membership database onto the ClubSpark platform hosted by the LTA (which we already use for court bookings) so all members will need to be registered with ClubSpark. Please make sure you read the instructions below to understand how to set this up.
You should have received an email from ClubSpark at the beginning of April inviting you to renew your subscription, if you did not receive the renewal invitation please email membership@pensfordtennisclub.org.uk.
Members who have already registered with ClubSpark:
- Click on the link on the email from ClubSpark which will take you to the price and payment options for you and any juniors linked to your account. Please make sure your details are correct and follow the instructions to renew.
- When you are logged on please update your consents as these may have changed since you first registered and it is essential that you update these so we can continue to communicate with you. To do this go to Profile, select Edit Profile then click on Your Privacy and Consents.
Members who have not yet registered with ClubSpark:
- The email we send you will have a link to register, please follow the instructions on this link. Once registered you will be able to renew your membership.
- All adult members (17 and over) need to have their own log in to ClubSpark and you won’t be able to register with an email already in use by another member of the family. Please email membership@pensfordtennisclub.org.uk with new email addresses for any additional adult members in your family so they can be set up correctly in ClubSpark, we will then issue the subscription renewal email directly to that new email address.
Payment Options
When you renew your subscription there are two payment options:
- GoCardless enables you to set up a direct debit from your bank account. This will be a one off payment only and not a mandate for future payments.
- Bank Transfer, please note that the bank details are not the same as last year - follow the instructions in ClubSpark to confirm the new PTC bank account details. Membership for all members of a family can be combined into one payment. Type in the family/member's surname as the payment reference.
We will not be sending out shoe tags this year, an email with the new codes for the gates at the club will be sent out to all members in July.
