You should have a received an email inviting you to renew your subscription to Pensford Tennis Club (PTC) for the coming year with subscriptions due by 1st May.
If you are not planning to renew please email membership@pensfordtennisclub.org.uk to let us know so that your place can be released for someone on the waiting list and to ensure you don't receive automatic renewal reminders.
Renewal Instructions
When you receive your renewal email please click on the link to take you to the renewals page.
You will be asked to login to ClubSpark , please remember to use your LTA login - if you still have an old ClubSpark login please see LTA/ClubSpark Login Guide for help converting your login. If you run into problems please email membership@pensfordtennisclub.org.uk
As with last year you have two options when paying for your subscription, Direct Debit which is a one off payment or you can select Other and pay by bank transfer.
If you are paying by bank transfer you can make a single payment for all members of the family but all members need to have their membership activated individually.
Full Adult Members
We have over 120 people on the waiting list for adult membership so failure to renew by 1st May is likely to result in your place being offered to someone on the list so please don't forget.
If you are currently a Full adult member but would like to change to Off-peak membership please contact membership@pensfordtennisclub.org.uk
Off-peak Adult Members
If you are on the waiting list for full adult membership please renew as an off-peak member, we will let you know as soon as a place for full membership becomes available.
Junior Members
As far as is possible juniors have been placed in the correct membership category however, we don't have date of birth information for all juniors so some might be in the wrong age group.
If your child is in the wrong age group please email membership@pensfordtennisclub.org.uk so that they can be moved.
Juniors who are moving into the 17-18 year old category will no longer be associated with their parent or guardian’s account. Please forward the renewal email to them and encourage them to create their own account with their own email address so they are able to book courts and correspond with the club directly.
Membership Rates
Membership rates for the year have risen but at a rate below the rate of inflation and are still low compared to other local clubs.
