Smashing news from Ladies A Team Captain Rachel Prudden from the Ladies over 35's county cup this weekend:

"A very exciting weekend for Pershore Ladies who took part in the Ladies Over 35's County Cup in Eastbourne as part of the H&W team. With glorious weather and fabulous tennis the team had 3-2 wins on Friday and Saturday over Wiltshire and Norfolk. Sunday was then a battle for promotion against Kent who were currently in top spot. After some incredibly hard fought matches Team H&W came away with another 3-2 win and promotion to Group 3 next year."
