Pershore futures player Sam Rayner and his doubles partner Csongar Mar were runners up in the u16 boys doubles event at the Shrewsbury Club Summer open Grade 3 today.

They won their semi final 4-3 2-4 10-8 in a really close match. They then played against Shropshire County players Zac Carradine and Tomas Corres Birch in the final losing out in a hard fought match 4-3 4-2 playing under fast4 tennis rules.
