"Another great result for Pershore Ladies A team on Thursday 28th June with a 5-1 win over Manor Park A.

Sarah McCormick and Rachel Prudden came away with 2 wins, 6-1 6-1 against the 2nd pair and 7-6 6-2 against the first day. After a hard fought first set losing out in the tiebreak, Bev Morris and Lucie Palmer lost to the first pair 7-6 6-0. In her debut match for the A team Georgia Marrett teamed up with Caoimhe Guppy for a fabulous win over the second pair 4-6 6-3 6-0. The final 2 rubbers were walkovers as Manor Park were unfortunately a pair short.
