In gloriously  unseasonal 23 degrees, blue skies and sunshine,  14 members turned up to take part in the Pumpkin Tournament.

It is a  round robin style  tournament where everyone gets to play with or against everyone else. Partners are drawn randomly while the players are warming up. Its a tournament format that allows all ages and abilities to partake and enjoy themselves. Points are scored individually.

There can only be one winner? "NO", not this time, 3 tied scores, Lynn, Will and Alan all ended up with 17 points, well done.

...... and afterwards Lynn served up a light lunch of soup, bread, cheese and cake. What was the soup? Pumpkin of course!
