Refunds and Cancellations
PTA cancellations or closure
In the case of the cancellation of a course, a full refund shall be provided for the number of sessions cancelled.
In the case of temporary closure (for example due to extensive road closures or extreme weather) a refund may be provided or an alternative class or time may be offered. This is at the discretion of the management staff.
Refunds will only be made on receipt of a doctor’s certificate.
Missed sessions can only be made up on a Saturday morning or upon calling Portsmouth Tennis Academy on the day to see if a space is available to attend a session. If your child is unable to attend a session due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we are able to carry only one session over to the next half-term payment block. This will mean that the cost of one session is deducted from your following payment.
Please do not send your child without prior booking as there may not be a place available for them to play.
If you have booked a court and need to cancel, you will receive a full refund if you give more than 24 hours notice. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the court.
