The coaching team at Pershore Tennis Centre had the pleasure of donating over 100 old tennis balls to West Mercia Police dog section, who are based at Hindlip.

The staff at the local club,  donated the balls to Nick Davies of West Mercia Police Dog section.

Nick said :

"Our dogs absolutely love tennis balls!'"

Bert, a  beautiful springer spaniel aged 3, pictured donning Christmas antlers, is trained to find drugs, large amounts of cash and firearms/components parts. These balls are used as a reward article for all of the specialist search dogs.
