Notes from the coach

If you've barely or never held a racket before, then this one's for you! We will go over the basics in a relaxed, enjoyable way. If you don't have a racket, no problem, we have some to borrow. These sessions are free for members and cost just the £2 guest fee for non-members, up to a limit of 6 sessions per person. Once you have completed 6 sessions you will be welcome to join the intermediate group after, or continue to attend this session at a cost of £5 per session (plus £2 as a non-member).
