Wednesdays

LTA Youth: Red Ball Improvers

For ages 6-8, with some previous experience or ball skills. 

4.15pm - 5pm

LTA Youth: Mini Green Tennis (for ages 9-10 with previous experience of tennis

Junior Tennis Training covering technical and tactical instruction through drills, games and match practise. Suitable for players who have some experience with tennis.

5pm - 6pm

Adult Improvers (ages 18+) 

Adult tennis training including technical and tactical instructions for players who can confidently rally and hit all basic strokes, but are looking to progress their game to the next level. 

7pm - 8pm

LTA Adult Cardio (ages 18+) 

Cardio tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Please bring your own racket. No previous experience necessary.

8pm - 9pm

Saturdays

LTA Youth: Mini Orange for ages 8-9 with some previous experience) 

Suitable for players who've had some coaching previously, ages 8-11, playing orange ball tennis, progressing shortly to green ball.

9am - 10am

LTA Youth: Junior Mixed Ability Tennis (ages 10+ with some experience) 

Junior Tennis Training for all players using a full (yellow) tennis ball. Suitable for improvers and intermediate players.

10am - 11am
