What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This session creates lots of fun with games and is aimed at players aged 4-7 years of age that focuses on developing the key motor skills of agility, balance, hand-eye co-ordination, and a development towards hitting lots of balls and learning the basics of technique.
