About this course

Notes from the coach

This session is new and replaces the old Rusty Rackets session. This session is aimed at a wider range of members who are either new to the club or play socially or in the lower teams. This course is for players who want to gain consistency. Players at this standard will have a basic skill base. As a guide, you should have sufficient skill to be able to: consistently rally to 10 from the baseline using forehands and backhands, serve overarm, volley and smash with 60% efficiency.
