Children adapt to using a higher bouncing, smaller ball over a bigger court. Children spend lots of time rallying over a higher net, and getting used to recovering to a new court position and hitting with bigger swings over a higher net. Lots of work in Mini Orange on judging the flight of the ball and getting our bodies in good positions to hit from. Children practice first to 7 point tie-breaks.
