More technical than tactical, this weekly session explores a range of shots, helps further equip you for when you next battle it out on court.and to offer a high volume of hitting opportunities Our adult coaching products come in several different shapes and sizes: Rusty Rackets/Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced player group coaching are all ways for adults of varying standards to step on court and keep learning. If you’re looking for something more social, try a Hit'n'Mix session or for a calorie-burning workout try jumping on a Bootcamp Tennis class.
