Having spent time at the top early on before dropping back down into fourth after a poor run of results (althought against high quality opposition) in late February and throughout March Reedham were looking to strengthen their promotion push. With two big 9-1 wins and a strong run in resulted in 4 Reedham facing off against a strong Sparta side knowing their competition for third were up against bottom of the league Woodmansterne who gave up 9 points. Reedham failed to play their best, but just did enough to take 3rd by 1 point, but unfortunately missed out on promotion by 4 points.

Congratulations goes out to Pete Lancaster and Lesley Whitehead who both played around 50 matches winning 74% and 79% respectively with Pete pulling in four Player of the Match (PotM) performances in the first four matches being a large part of why Reedham started so strongly. Lesley however won an amazing 9 PotM awards as injuries slightly slowed Pete down mid-season.

Having cemented themselves at the top of the league, but just missing out on promotion Reedham Park Table Tennis Club will be looking to build on this season and push into the top 2 next season!
