Notes from the coach

All our Adult Classes are designed to help you improve your game, get fit and have fun. This class is focused on improving your doubles play - so lots of serving, volleying (maybe serve and volley !), crosscourts, doubles movement and understanding how you and your partner can play low risk shots and make your opponents go for high risk shots. Doubles is such fun - all about teamwork and building the point to try and set up a winning volley. Be prepared to try some new things - Ant has some great drills to teach great doubles skills.
