Walking Tennis is for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, returning from injury, or would just like a bit more time getting to the ball.
Enjoy this low impact sport, make new friends and benefits to your mental and physical wellbeing. The rules and equipment are adapted to make tennis accessible to all. Suitable for: Complete beginners, People with long term health conditions, Postnatal mums, Retired people and those recovering from injury or illness. All sessions are led by our LTA Accredited Head Coach, Tim Taylor.
