We are delighted to announce that Rhosneigr Sports Club has been accepted by H M Revenue & Customs as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) under Part 13 Chapter 9 Corporation Tax Act 2010 and registered accordingly. To achieve this has been a protracted and painstaking process. However, as CASC registration evidences our compliance with stringent regulations and high standards of compliance, it will help us when applying for grant aid and other funding. The benefits also include relief from corporation tax (up to certain limits) as well as gift aid on donations. We see gift aid as especially important for expanding our facilities where donations can be enhanced by reclaiming from HMRC up to 40% of the donation concerned.
